Job Listings

SUMMARY

This page will be for anyone to visit and view jobs listings posted by employers.

Employers seeking Flight Instructors can signup for an account with us and post jobs for free, which will include descriptions and contact information but not a online application system... this is too complex and not worth the return. When they login to their account they will see a list of the jobs they have saved in the database and be able to edit/add/delete job listings. There will be a limit of 5 job postings per account.

Jobs will be active for 3 months. To reactivate a job posting... the employer will need to login to their account and update the jobs start date.

Site admin will have full authority to accept or deny any jobs postings.

DESIGN

List all jobs and order by JobStartDate AND JobId to ensure that the most recent job postings are listed first. Allow users to change how job postings are listed; state, airport id, posted date, etc…

There will be a form for employers to login to their account with remember me function.

On the page, have a “Post a Job!” link somewhere that will take the employer to the sign in form where they can login to their account with remember me function. If they do not have an account they can click the “Sign up for a free employer account to post jobs.”
